Noblesville, In., March 23 — Hamilton County Workforce Innovation Network (HCWIN) has recently launched a refreshed brand image and a new website. HCWIN is a nonprofit organization serving Hamilton County in collaboration with workers, employers, educators, and the community to advance a skilled workforce, promote good jobs, provide training for skilled positions and connect employers with talent. A strong workforce fuels the economic growth and value in Hamilton County now and in the future.
As a county-wide, collaborative workforce development effort, HCWIN is the link between local business partners, K-12 institutions, higher education, and local and state community agencies in providing in-demand workforce solutions in five key sectors: Advanced Manufacturing, Ag Tech, Construction, Healthcare and Innovation, and Technology.
HCWIN’s network allows for connections to occur daily. Our organization introduces prospective employees to employers within our five focus sectors. We also introduce potential students to a wide-range of training and apprenticeship opportunities, and talent pathways to preparing for a high-wage, high-skill, and in-demand career. The network is our entire community focused on driving workforce success.
In an effort to connect with and develop strong relationships with key partners and various audiences, HCWIN engaged BlueSky Creative to evaluate the existing brand image and develop a fresh and forward-thinking look. BlueSky Creative is a creative agency based in Noblesville, In. that specializes in developing strong connections to fuel growth, via design, content, video, social media and more.
BlueSky developed a strong logo, key messaging, the newly launched website, along with social profiles across key platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
